Guest card and visitor's tax not included:

Benefit from the guest card linked to the visitor's tax as soon as you arrive. With your guest card you also benefit from various discounts on public transport in the Lötschental (incl. arrival) and the mountain railway in summer. This tax is added to the tariffs per person and day. Per adult CHF 4.80 and for children 6 - 16 years CHF 2.40. Please inform us if you arrive with the OeV, then we will send you the guest card by e-mail.

Discounts and surcharges

Discounts for children: Children as the third or fourth person sharing a room with two adults
0–2 years old: free of charge
3–5 years old: approx. 70%
6–11 years old: approx. 50%
12–15 years old: approx. 30%

Discount for a child as the second person sharing a room with one adult
0–5 years old: CHF 30.00              
6–11 years old: CHF 20.00
12–15 years old: CHF 10.00

Cot in parents’ room
Free of charge

Surcharge for dogs (without food)
One-off charge of CHF 10.00 for cleaning at the end of the stay

We accept payments by cash (CHF), debit card, PostFinance card, Visa & Eurocard, American Express and in euros at the current exchange rate.

When things don’t go to plan

Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival date
You will not be charged
If cancelled rooms cannot be rebooked

• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival date: You will be charged 50% of the total price
• Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before arrival date: You will be charged 60% of the total price
• Cancellation between 2 and 0 days before arrival date: You will be charged 80% of the total price

Inclement weather, sickness/injury, etc.
Make sure you’re covered in case things don’t go to plan and you’re no longer able to travel to us by taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Our cancellation policy is fair
If all of the rooms in the same category aren’t already booked up when you cancel or if we’re able to offer your room to somebody else, we won’t charge you anything.

A separate cancellation policy applies to groups
Different terms and conditions may apply to special rates (such as our non-refundable rate).
