Saveurs du Valais

The Hotel Edelweiss is one of the first establishments in the Upper Valais to become a member of the «Saveurs du Valais» association. The group unites Valais producers and Valais caterers to jointly promote the use of local products. Under the label «Valaisan delicacies», all members commit to sourcing a certain number of regional products from local producers and integrating them into their offerings. As a guest at the Hotel Edelweiss, for example, you will discover the diverse local offering in five courses with our «Lötschentaler Menü».
